They was founded 17 june 2001 in London, UK (known as moneybookers). however, they had good reputation since starting. in 2014 their revenue goes 331 million dollars. i am explaining this because you may not know their status. i know you come here to know how to solve locked skrill or related things. let me explain the possible reason and solutions.
Skrill Account Locked?
If your answer is yes then try to match possible reason from the list below.
- You already break their terms & condition.
- Your account name & address fake or mismatch.
- You did not added any credit or debit card or unverified.
- You have multiple account.
- You have charged back your credit card deposit.
- You may access your account using different IP address such as VPN or proxy.
There are a numbers of reason that can be caused your suspension. skrill suspended customer account for temporary verification or permanently. seems, if you already contacted with them then i would prefer to leave skrill. if they confirm your account wont to restore anymore then no solution left for you.
Changing name & address
Skrill hold the rights of their terms. in some case user open fake account without real information. in that case you can have a chances to reopen that account by sending your government issued photo identity card & bank statement. make sure your information is correct for the second try. request them to accept your document as real. as it first time you was misspelled your name & address. the solution fully depended on their wishes. i or we cannot guarantee it will be unlocked or not.
Adding A Credit Card
The credit & debit card is an another point. make sure you have added a credit or debit card. also it must be verified using their system. Generally, skrill send you a verification code or a small charge. you want to be confirm your card ownership so enter the correct code or small amount. in such case if you don’t have an international credit card please try to find one online.
Skrill require a bank account in order to withdraw fund. for EU country account holder can receive their skrill card which is accessible from anywhere. for bank account related issue make sure following points.
- Bank account name must be match with skrill.
- Virtual bank account (VBA) is not supported.
- Local bank account is required to make deposit & withdrawal.
- Bank account currency should be same with skrill to avoid any currency conversion charge.
If your problem does not match with any one above then it could be something else. i cannot confirm anything out of this. please try contact with skrill LTD.
Skrill require a correct address. you should have your real home or office address. make sure you have access any statement like bank or utility bill on the address. without any document you will not be able to verify them. in previous time skrill sent a letter to home address including PIN. nowadays, they also accept online upload like PDF, JPG etc scan files. make prepare your document and contact with them.

Multiple Account Solution
Skrill never allow multiple account. however, if you have more than one account try to close one. you need to contact with skrill and speak them for another account. some of skrill account holder continue both account as a result skrill suspended both of them. i do not suggest to use multiple account over one day. just contact with them and tell you wanted to test before go live. with respect skrill would hear from you and close the account.
